We're aware that users are currently unable to sign in to services using Experian. They're receiving an error message from the Verify hub after successfully authenticating with Experian. We're currently working with Experian to resolve the issue.

Her Majesty's Passport Office (HMPO) plans to carry out essential maintenance between 10pm and 11pm on Saturday 20 February 2021.

During this time, users will not be able to use a passport to prove their identity using GOV.UK Verify. They will be able to use a driving licence to prove their identity as usual.


All other services will be operational.
